Terms and conditions

By entering this Promotion, the participant will be deemed to have read and understood these Terms and Conditions and be bound by them.

Eligibility:

The Promotion is organised by AB InBev UK Limited T/A Budweiser Brewing Group (company number: 3982132), Bureau, 90 Fetter Lane, London, EC4A 1EN (the "Promoter").
The Promotion is open to all residents of the United Kingdom, aged 18+, excluding employees of the Promoter or their immediate families, its associated agents or anyone else professionally associated with the administration of the Promotion.
Purchase is necessary for entry. Please retain your original itemised receipt that states the time and date of purchase prior to entry as this may be required for validation and in order for the winner to claim their Prize. Internet access, mobile number and a valid email address are required.
Whilst we want you to enjoy this promotion, we discourage overconsumption. Please do not consume more product than the recommended UK government guidelines. The Promoter encourages responsible drinking and would direct consumers to read drinkaware.co.uk for more information.

Promotion Dates:

The Promotion will run from 14:00 BST to 18:00 BST on 27 June 2026 only (the "Promotion Period").
Entries submitted outside of this Promotion Period will not be accepted.

Promotional products:

All draught and packaged Budweiser products purchased at the promotional venue during the Promotion Period are eligible.

How to Enter:

To enter, participants must:
1. Follow Budweiser campaign clues (via Budweiser social channels) to identify the correct participating JD Wetherspoon venue;
2. Attend the identified venue during the Promotion Period;
3. Purchase a Budweiser product at the venue;
4. Scan the promotional QR code or visit budweiserworldcupwin.co.uk;
5. Complete the online entry form by submitting: first name, last name, email address and UK mobile number and accepting these Terms and Conditions.
Entries are limited to one entry per person. A person is defined by unique email address and mobile number. Duplicate or multiple entries will be disqualified.
Entries are only valid if submitted at the identified promotional venue during the Promotion Period.

Prize Draw Winner Selection:

One winner will be selected from all valid entries received during the Promotion Period.
The winner will be selected in a random draw conducted by an automated process under the supervision of an independent adjudicator following the close of the Promotion Period on 27 June 2026.
The winner will be revealed by text message at 7:45pm. The person receiving the winning SMS message should make themselves known immediately to a Budweiser Brewing Group representative wearing a red Budweiser shirt to claim the prize.
Should the winner not be present at the JD Wetherspoon location upon the winner reveal, the Prize may be claimed up to 3 days later. If the prize is not claimed within 3 days the winner will forfeit it and a reserve winner will be contacted.
Upon acceptance of the prize at the JD Wetherspoon venue or by 23:59 30th June 2026, the winner will subsequently be contacted by the Promoter or its agents using the details provided upon entry.

Prize:

There is 1 Prize available to be won.
The Prize consists of:
1. A trip for the winner and one guest (aged 18+)
2. Return economy flights between UK international airport and New York City
3. 5 nights 3* hotel accommodation sharing a double or twin room on a Room only basis
4. Return airport transfers between airport and hotel in New York City
5. 2 General Admission tickets to the FIFA World Cup 26™ Final on 19th July 2026 at New York New Jersey Stadium
6. Travel dates: 17 July – 21 July 2026

Delivery of Prize:

Prize fulfilment will be managed by the Promoter or an appointed agency.
The winner will be contacted to arrange travel and fulfilment details following acceptance of the Prize.
The Promoter will make reasonable efforts to provide all relevant travel details in a timely manner, but timelines are subject to third-party providers.
The Promoter is not responsible for any delays or failures in delivery of travel documentation caused by third parties.

Prize Terms and Conditions:

The Prize must be taken on the dates specified and cannot be altered.
The winner and their guest must both be aged 18+ at the time of travel.
The winner must provide guest details at the time of prize acceptance.
For the avoidance of doubt, the match tickets allow entry only to the match and do not include travel/transportation, food, beverages, souvenirs, gratuities, car parking charges, relevant insurance or any other costs of a personal nature (including spending money) that are not explicitly set out in these Terms and Conditions and neither the Promoter nor any provider of any part of the Prize will be responsible for any such costs.
All elements of the Prize must be taken as part of the same trip.
Travel is subject to availability and airline/operator terms.
The Promoter is not responsible for any cancellations, delays or changes outside of its control.
The winner and guest must comply with all airline, venue and ticket provider terms and conditions.
If the Prize is cancelled or rejected by the Winner, no alternative prize will be issued and for the avoidance of doubt, no compensation and/or refund will be provided.
The Winner and their guest will require a passport valid for at least 6 months on date of travel; any necessary visas or travel insurance are the responsibility of the Winner and their guest. This must be confirmed by the Winner on behalf of the Winner and their guest no later than 1st July 2026.
The Prize will be forfeited if:
1. a Winner or their guest have not obtained all of the proper travel documents by the date specified by the Promoter;
2. a Winner or their guest have any immigration complications which prevent them from entering, leaving or travelling to, or within, the relevant trip destination; or
3. a Winner or their guest have any medical, legal or any other reason that would prevent them from accepting and participating in the Prize.
It is the responsibility of the Winner and their guest to check any travel advisories issued by a Government, to determine whether they wish to accept the risk of travelling to the relevant destination. The Promoter will not be responsible for any loss or damage suffered by any Winner or their guest arising out of their failure to follow any travel advisories issued by a Government. The Winner and their guest must comply with and are responsible for obtaining all information regarding any recommended inoculation or vaccination and obtaining the inoculation(s) or vaccination(s), including but not limited to Covid vaccinations, and health regulations, including but not limited to PCR tests, required to fly into the trip destination country.
Specified accommodation is subject to availability at the time of booking and will be confirmed to the Winners during the Prize fulfilment. Alternatives may be offered depending on availability.
The Promoter will have final discretion on all elements and aspects of how the Prize is organised and at all times, the Promoter will have the discretion as to how to implement the Prize fulfilment.
Return transfers from the Winner's home to the local international airport are not included.
It will be the Winner's and their guest's responsibility to take out, at their own cost, all relevant insurance (including but not limited to health and travel insurance, insurance for theft, loss and damage to property) which may be required or prudent to be taken.
A valid credit or debit card may be required to check in to your room and will be used to guarantee any incidentals such as in-room calls or services.
The Winner and their guest must abide by and are subject to the airline's published Conditions of Carriage.
Lounge passes and upgrades are not permitted. Flights cannot be used in conjunction with any loyalty programme, any other discount, discount coupon(s) or voucher(s), promotion(s) or special offer(s).
The Winner is responsible for the behaviour of themselves and their guest in connection with the Prize. The Promoter reserves the right in its absolute discretion to exclude a Winner and/or their guest from participation in any aspect of the Prize if any party fails to comply with the directions of the Promoter or any companies associated with the Prize or if a Winner and/or their guest act in a manner that is dangerous to themselves or to the public or is, in the opinion of the Promoter, anti-social in any manner or which causes a disturbance or nuisance to others. Failure to comply with these Terms & Conditions may result in refused entry, or the ticket holders being required to leave the venue.

General:

The Prize is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for monetary value or for any other form of compensation. If for any reason any element of any Prize is not available, the Promoter reserves the right, at its sole discretion to substitute another prize for it, of equal or greater value.
The surname of the Winner will be available upon request by sending an email to budweiser@promotions.uk.com within three months of the close date of the Promotion Period. Entrants to the Promotion can, at any time (including at or before the time of entry), object to all or some of their personal information being made available by emailing consumer.helpline@ab-inbev.com. However, the Promoter shall provide the information upon request from such competent authorities (including the Advertising Standards Authority).
Any persons attempting to enter more than once (including but not limited to) using multiple identities or addresses will be disqualified.
Entry must be made directly by the individual entering the Promotion. Incomplete or illegible entries together with entries which do not satisfy the requirements of these Terms & Conditions in full will be disqualified and will not be considered.
The Promoter seeks to run fair and secure promotions and prevent abuse and cheating. If you enter in a way that is not consistent with these Terms & Conditions, your entry or entries (and any of your associated aliases) will be disqualified, any Prize awarded may be void and recoverable. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the eligibility of participants and/or provisional winners by requesting such information it considers reasonably necessary for this purpose. The Prize may be withheld unless and until verification is completed satisfactorily.
In the event that the Promotion is not capable of running as planned for reasons including but not limited to tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, dishonesty, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter, which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Promotion, the Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the claim process or does not comply with these Terms & Conditions and to cancel, modify or suspend the Promotion or invalidate any affected claims.
The Promoter, together with any associated agencies and companies, will not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense or damage which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person's negligence) in connection with this Promotion or accepting or using any Prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law. Nothing will exclude the Promoter's liability for death or personal injury as a result of its negligence.
The Promoter will not be liable for any failure to comply with its obligations or any delay in performing its obligations within these Terms & Conditions if an act, omission, event or circumstance occurs caused by (but not limited to) global or regional health crises, weather conditions, fire, flood, strike, hurricane, industrial dispute, war, terrorist activity, hostilities, political unrest, riots, civil commotion, epidemic, pandemic, famine, plague or other natural calamities and acts of God, or any other circumstances beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter.
The Promoter may refuse to award a Prize in the event of any entrant's fraud, dishonesty, breach or non-entitlement under these Terms & Conditions or seek recovery of its value if a Prize has been awarded.
All personal data supplied for this Promotion will be used for the purpose of this Promotion and for research and analytical purposes by the Promoter and/or by any agent appointed by it to assist with running the Promotion. Personal data will not be disclosed to an unconnected third party unless your positive consent has been obtained. Your personal data will be handled in accordance with the Promoter's Privacy Policy at budweiserbrewinggroup.co.uk/privacy-policy.
The Promoter's decision is final and binding in all circumstances in relation to the Promotion.
The Promoter reserves the right to amend, alter or withdraw the Promotion as necessary due to unavoidable circumstances beyond its control make this necessary, but will use all reasonable endeavours to minimise the effect on participants to avoid undue disappointment.
If any provisions of these Terms & Conditions are judged to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable, this will not affect or impact the continuation in full force and effect the remainder of the provisions.
By entering this Promotion, you will be deemed to have agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
In the event of a discrepancy between these Terms & Conditions and the details in any promotional material, the details in these Terms & Conditions will prevail.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by English law and their interpretation and application will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
